16. Monthly Hosting Fee

Regardless of upfront payment for ownership, a monthly hosting fee is required to maintain your website on our servers. Failure to pay this hosting fee will result in the suspension or termination of website hosting services, making the website inaccessible.

17. Hosting Fee Non-Payment Consequence

If the hosting fee is not paid on time, The Brobot LLC reserves the right to suspend hosting services, rendering your website inactive until the hosting fee is fully paid, including any applicable reactivation charges.

18. Credit Card Processing Fee
All payments made via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs. This fee will be added to the total amount due at the time of payment. By choosing to pay with a credit card, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this additional charge.
